A: For custom colors matched via Pantone TPX/TCX codes, our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per color. For our in-stock running yarn colors, the MOQ drops to 300 pieces.

A: Our blankets are engineered specifically for commercial laundries. They can withstand washing temperatures up to 60°C (140°F) and industrial tumble drying without losing structural integrity, shedding excessively, or losing color fastness.

A: We work with both buyer-designated freight forwarders and our own contracted global logistics network. We handle all export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (Form A/Form E), and packing lists.

A: Our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit to initiate production, with the remaining 70% balance payable against the presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for large contract orders.

A: Yes. We can adjust our loom configurations to weave any custom width up to 110 inches (280 cm) to fit oversized mattresses, bariatric hospital beds, or custom retail specifications.
